PREVENTIVE MONITORING

We see the fault before the alarm goes off.

A conventional alarm goes off when the temperature crosses a limit, and by then the product is already at risk. We watch pressure, run-time and temperature trends to catch deterioration days in advance and fix the fault before an alarm is ever raised.

In supermarkets, we run display cases on a low-GWP chiller and a secondary fluid loop. The refrigerant stays in the machine room; no refrigerant line enters the sales floor.

  1. 1The refrigerant stays in the sealed unit. Propane (R290) is inside the chiller unit on the roof; the charge is limited.
  2. 2No refrigerant on the sales floor. Only glycol / water goes to the cases and the cold room.
  3. 3Pump and valve control. Each case is fed by a motorised valve with only what it needs; a standby pump is ready.
  4. 4Every point is monitored. Case, pump and chiller sensors connect to our monitoring layer; our team steps in if anything drifts.

Is your R404A system ready for 2027?

The Regulation on Fluorinated Greenhouse Gases, in force in Türkiye since 15 October 2024, set the ban schedule for high-GWP gases. Businesses that plan today will save on both gas and service costs tomorrow.

  3. 1 January 2031GWP ≥ 150 in central systemsGWP ≥ 150 is banned in new multi-compressor commercial systems of 40 kW and above. Equipment of 40 t CO₂e and above can no longer be serviced with gas of GWP ≥ 2500.
  4. 1 January 2033Transition exemptions endThe exemption for servicing with reclaimed gas, or gas recovered from the same equipment, ends.
