Cookie Policy
Last updated: October 2026
Only cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to work are on by default. Analytics and marketing cookies are not loaded unless you allow them in the cookie panel.
This site currently uses no non-essential cookies.
1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file saved in your browser when you visit a website. It keeps the site working, remembers your choices and, if you allow it, measures how the site is used.
2. Cookies we use

|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| ec_consent | Strictly necessary | Ecoolution (first party) | Remembers your cookie choices | 6 months | Not required |
| ec_session | Strictly necessary | Ecoolution (first party) | Keeps staff signed in to the staff portal (staff only) | Up to 8 hours | Not required |

Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies are used only once these tools are enabled and you have given consent. The table is updated if we add a new tool. Our fonts are served from our own server, so no third-party connection is made for fonts.
3. Consent and preferences
- When non-essential cookies are in use, a cookie banner appears on your first visit with “Accept all”, “Reject all” and “Manage preferences” shown equally.
- Boxes for non-essential cookies are never pre-ticked.
- Rejecting does not stop you using the site.
- You can withdraw consent at any time, as easily as you gave it, with the “Change my cookie preferences” button on this page.
- You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings.
4. Transfers abroad
Data collected through Google cookies may be transferred to servers abroad, on the basis described in section 5 of our Privacy Notice.
5. Your rights and contact
Your rights regarding data processed through cookies, and how to apply, are set out in sections 8 and 9 of our Privacy Notice.
