This notice is provided under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles for Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform. 5. Transfers abroad

Our website and customer records are kept on servers in Türkiye. If you contact us on WhatsApp or allow analytics and marketing cookies, related data may be transferred to Meta’s and Google’s servers abroad. Such transfers are made under KVKK Article 9: where there is no adequacy decision, with appropriate safeguards such as the standard contract published by the Board, or in the occasional cases listed in the law.

Through the contact form on our website, WhatsApp, email and phone calls, server logs when you visit the site and, if you allow them, cookies; partly by automated means, electronically.

We respond free of charge within 30 days at the latest; if the request involves an additional cost, the fee set by the Board may be charged.
